Through ISM, I hope to gain knowledge on what it is like to be a practicing immigration attorney with the help of a mentor. I will get hands-on experience that will help me present myself in a professional manner, enhance my speaking skills, and motivate me to pursue immigration law in the future. With the help of a professional, I will be able to experience the ups and downs of practicing law. Through the research I will conduct, I will be able to create projects that exhibit my new understanding of my intended field of work as well as showing others what I am passionate about doing.
